My wife and I had a great car buying experience at Nissan of Santa Rosa. We were greeted by Emmanuel Loza. We were interested in the Purchase of a Kia. We look around for about 20 minutes and sat in a cou of Santa Rosa. We were greeted by Emmanuel Loza. We were interested in the Purchase of a Kia. We look around for about 20 minutes and sat in a couple of Kia's and a couple of Nissan's. We found a 2011 Kia Forte. We test drove this car and loved it. After test driving this car we decided that we did want to try and purchase the car. We sat down at the computer and began the credit information. This only took about 20 minutes. We new that it wasn't going to be an easy process because of our past credit history. Knowing this and also knowing that it would take some time to contact the banks to try and work a deal, Emmanuel sent us on our way and said that he would contact us later whether there was good or bad news. About 3 hours later we received a call with good news. We were approved. We went back to the dealership to sign all of the papers. This only took about another hour. Total car buying time was about 2.5 hours. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and I would go back here for another vehicle purchase. More

I have done all my Nissan purchases through Northbay Nissan, so i decided to go back and talked to a jerk off of a sales manager, i left the frustrated i ever purchased a Nissan in the first place. I decided to go to Nissan of Santa Rosa was completely shocked by how nice the sales guy Jose and the Sales Manager were in there... I told then what i was looking for and they didn't have it on the lot but said they could get it that same day. I told them the sales price was a bit much for me so without hesitation they knocked another $2000 off of it plus give me a great trade in for my Titan. I left feeling cheated and confused and until this day I feel he charged me for a 2010 Nissan rogue, but gave me a 2009 rogue. The paperwork on file states I got a 2010. I did call the manager several times to clarify the situation, not helpful when I did speak with him once. Several calls messages left, phone call not returned. It would be nice if someone could check records and pricing for 2009 rogue as I was way overcharged, I did not even get rebates they were offering at the time.
