Willing to work with me I bought a 2002 Nissan Maxima from Mr. Bone and there were a couple minor issues. This is to be expected from a 15 year old car. The next day I brought my car in and they kept it overnight to diagnose and fix the problems. I had no warranty but since I just purchased the vehicle they fixed the it at no charge. Unable to get warranty cancellation Purchased an extended warranty for my XTerra pro4-x in sept 14, no problems our issues there. Traded in the truck July 2016 while still under factory Purchased an extended warranty for my XTerra pro4-x in sept 14, no problems our issues there. Traded in the truck July 2016 while still under factory warranty and filed the paperwork for the prorated refund through Jim Bone via certified mail on July 21 2016. Knowing it would take four to eight weeks to process, I waited until 8/21/2016 to call (and spoke with a person identifying themselves as Jim Bone) and inquire as to the status of the refund. Mr. Bone advised me that they needed additional paperwork to process (I provided everything the contract stipulated I provide) and emailed me an additional document which I completed and returned (calling on 08/23/2016 to confirm receipt). On 09/18/2016 I attempted to contact Mr. Bone for status on the refund and he did not answer. I then contacted Nissan North America and was informed that the warranty was still showing as in force with no indications of cancellation, I initiated a complaint (24135886) with Nissan motors. Over the last two weeks the Consumer affairs department has attempted to contact Mr. Bone to no avail. Today I was advised by Nissan Motors that although they are listed as a party on the extended warranty (it was their number on the warranty that I called to reach them) they could not facilitate the cancellation of the warranty and that I would again have to contact Jim Bone Nissan. I have owned four new Nissan vehicles in the last seven years and as a result of this contact will not be buying another (which is a shame because I was seriously considering a 370Z grand tour) More

Never buy a car from Jim Bone Nissan If i could give Jim Bone Nissan zero stars i would. We bought a van from here on October 28th and three days later the van broke down and we had to ha If i could give Jim Bone Nissan zero stars i would. We bought a van from here on October 28th and three days later the van broke down and we had to have the van towed back to the dealership at our own expense. We paid in full for the van and also purchased the warranty. For the past two months we have been waiting for the van to be fixed, all we have gotten is the run around. No one will return our calls or give us a straight answer. I went down to the dealership today and still no one will give us a straight answer. This is just absolutely ridiculous how can you let someone who has paid you in full for a van go two months with out transportation. I have to share a car with my husband which is costing us double in gas, i have to drive him to work in Windsor then drive back to Santa Rosa to take our kids to school then drive my self to work then drive back to Windsor to pick up my husband then back to Santa Rosa to get the kids. We spent all of our savings on the van and this is the out come. Just be a descent human being and give me a van that works and wont leave me and my kids stranded on the side of the road again. Or just give me all my money back. I have never felt so helpless in my life. Safe your self the trouble and do not ever buy a car from Jim Bone Nissan More

I am sitting at the salesman desk looking at the advertisement and they would not honor it. Forget Jim Bone they are NOT an honest dealer. More
