I shouldn’t have gone to this place. I talked to spencer and told him I lived about 55 Miles out so i didn’t wanna drive out there and waste my time. Over the phone he made it seem like the car was so excellent but he didn’t mention the ROOF IS FADED AND THE HVAC ACUATORS are bad.He sent me one pic about 10 feet away. The finance manger Emanuel was really rude he seemed to only care about selling “brand new nissans”. Oh yea the alternator went out 4 weeks after buying the car . More

Shout Out to Spencer, Best Sales Rep Ever This review concerns my sales representative, Spencer, at North Bay Nissan, and no one else. Spencer is outstanding. He made the process fun, easy, an This review concerns my sales representative, Spencer, at North Bay Nissan, and no one else. Spencer is outstanding. He made the process fun, easy, and stress free, and the deal that he secured for us was 10x better than what we were offered at Northbay Nissan in Petaluma (where we had leased our last FOUR cars). Northbay Nissan was a big disappointment. The sales agent there was not very knowledgeable about the process, and each time he presented us with a "deal," it was actually higher than the previous estimate. (Clearly, he was not very good at math, either.) Spencer, on the other hand, met us at the front door, sat down with us immediately, got us into the car (and color) that we wanted, and outdid Northbay's lackluster offer, hands down. My only complaint (not part of this 5-star review of Spencer) is that I have been trying since then to complete a positive review for him through Nissan's review process, which should have happened automatically after we had completed the lease, but not only has there been no survey, but the sales manager I spoke with (Greg Warren?) since then has not followed up with me. I spoke with one of the other Sales Managers today, and he told me that "corporate" has been holding up the process, and that Jim Bone Nissan has been unable to get them to respond. I am leaving this review for Spencer because he deserves the recognition, but Nissan is not doing its part to support him by making sure that a satisfied customer is able to evaluate an outstanding salesperson (and earn him some points, I hope) through Nissan's review channels, without having to call back repeatedly to have the survey sent out. I don't expect Jim Bone Nissan to respond to this directly, but I will continue to call on my own initiative to make sure Spencer is recognized. More
