This was our 5th vehicle purchased with them, plus our son & sister each came in with us to make purchases too, that's 7 between the 4 of us. Greg obviously is doing something very well to get that amount of loyalty from us! More
I trust them I purchased a used Leaf from another dealer (not a Nissan dealer) out of the county, but Jim Bone Nissan has done checkups and maintenance. I have yet I purchased a used Leaf from another dealer (not a Nissan dealer) out of the county, but Jim Bone Nissan has done checkups and maintenance. I have yet to pay a penny for the work. I have brought it in twice now, and each time, they have done the checks, performed recall updates, and even given me a free air filter as a service to Sonoma County Nissan owners because of the fires. Every employee so far has been friendly and knowledgeable. It is rare to feel comfortable with a car dealer. And in this case I actually do. More

Undisclosed vehicle damage on brand new NV200 van I thought I was buying a brand new Nissan NV200 mini van, so I never suspected that there was undisclosed damage, but the Pre-Delivery Check List was I thought I was buying a brand new Nissan NV200 mini van, so I never suspected that there was undisclosed damage, but the Pre-Delivery Check List was left blank in the cosmetic checklist. There was also an incorrect VIN number on it. Later, I was told by a tire dealer that I had a bent wheel rim. I took it to a different Nissan dealership to get an unbiased opinion and was told that it looked like the front bumper had been painted! I was never in an accident with the vehicle, so it must have happened within the 19 miles prior to my purchase. Someone repaired it prior to my purchase. Jim Bone himself denies this and had promised to send me a correct Pre-Delivery Checklist. This never happened. I will never do business with this dealership again. Very unscrupulous business. More
