I bought my Nissan Sentra from Don Harris. We bought out last car a Nissan Maxima back in 2009. He is a very personable man to deal with. He answers all of your questions. This is the first car I bought last car a Nissan Maxima back in 2009. He is a very personable man to deal with. He answers all of your questions. This is the first car I bought by myself. I wasn’t the least intimidated. The other sales person I dealt with for financing was equally as accommodating & answered all of my questions. I highly would recommend this dealership! More
Very aggressive sales manager, who yelled at me, and refused to consider fixing my car. I bought a used Volvo, and was told that a safety inspection had been done and that everything was in good working refused to consider fixing my car. The 12 V charging station did not work, the 40,000 mile service had not been performed, there was low coolant light coming on within two days of purchasing the vehicle.Would never recommend them to anyone I care about for buying a new or used car. More

Just bought a 2001 Altima and I'm very pleased. It runs great and everything I noticed was bothering me was checked out and taken care of during the 30 day warranty! Excellent service as always at Jim Bone Nissan in Santa Rosa, CA. I was in the area this afternoon at Costco nearby and decided though I was some 300 miles before when my next oil change was due, to s Rosa, CA. I was in the area this afternoon at Costco nearby and decided though I was some 300 miles before when my next oil change was due, to stop by mid-afternoon to see if they could fit me in. Jason Grey, my awesome Service Advisor said absolutely they could fit me in. He gives consistently the best service year in and year out. Additionally, it is a pleasure interfacing with the long-time cashier there Linda (don't remember her last name but only cashier by that name), she is delightful, and this dealership is lucky to have for the past quarter of a century have her as a valued employee there. I love Jim Bone Nissan and when it comes time to trade in my Nissan Murano, I will definitely have Spencer there in Sales sell me my next vehicle. I very much appreciate the excellent employees Jim Bone Nissan has there, and glad Jason Grey and Linda are there :-). Thank you for this wonderful dealership :-). More
