I went to this dealership to trade in my 2019 Nissan Rogue SL for a new 2022 one. Found out the 2022s have not arrived yet, so I looked at a 2021. The vehicle was nice, although an underwhelming gray co Rogue SL for a new 2022 one. Found out the 2022s have not arrived yet, so I looked at a 2021. The vehicle was nice, although an underwhelming gray color, so I knew I wasn't super excited about it. Asked the salesman to speak to some numbers as I was hoping to get a same good deal that I got on my 2019. Salesman had been a bit shady in avoiding direct questions on pricing and payment ranges through previous emails. Sure enough, he was shady in person as well. I told the salesman I was looking for $23k for my 2019 Rogue SL. He left and came back a bit later and offered $22k trade-in value ($2500 positive equity) equity and a lease payment of $485/mo (for a $36k msrp) for new Rogue SL. I currently pay $321/mo. So, obviously something was off. Salesman said the deals were a lot better back in 2019. I laughed and showed him a current sales ad from Nissan.com showing an AWD Rogue for $218/mo (with $5k down - but still, a possibility). Salesman said they didn't have one of those on the lot and told me "I should go find one of those". I was shocked. I guess he'd never heard of dealer searches or swaps. So knowing my wife an I were looking at EVs as well, I went over to the Chevy dealership in town and they found me a new 2022 Chevy Bolt EUV in Missouri (I'm in Texas) and had it here in 3 days and I acquired the $41k msrp vehicle for $430/mo with no money down and traded in my Rogue SL (they gave me $23k). And the Chevy store had a Nissan dealership in its umbrella so they helped me with Nissan's new DRACONIAN policy that does not allow for Nissan lessees to trade in their vehicles or sell their leased vehicles to anyone but a Nissan dealership and so Chevy made it happen. I will never return to this dealership or Nissan. It's too bad since I wanted to check out the new Nissan Ariya EV SUV, but not anymore. Thank you Chevy dealer and I'm headed there now to write a good review for them. More

My vehicle was put into their shop on the 11/2/18, Today is 11/28/18 and they have just started to work on my vehicle. I don't know anything about the dealership, but the collision Ctr is slow as molasses, very frustrating. More

I was looking at buying an armada, but we couldn't ever come to terms that I agreed upon, no big deal. However, several days later my wife begins to get credit denial letters in the mail from several banks saying she was not approved for a $56,000 loan. (For the aramada!! She had nothing to do with the aramada and her credit should have never been ran for that deal) I called the dealership and the finance manager just acts like it was no big deal. A simple mistake. Of course the salesman stopped replying to my message when I sent him the letters I've received. I told him the dealership was blaming it on him. It's amazing that they think running her credit without her approval is no big deal. We won't shop there again, nor will we recommend them to anyone. More

He asked what I was looking for and what my wants and needs were, wasn't trying to push some of the more high dollar vehicles just for a sale, but showed me what I was looking for. The "Bass Bunch" were all very pleasant and the king of people you walk away from after a lengthily conversation and say under your breath, "now there's some good people". I didn't feel like a prize, but rather someone that mattered. I highly recommend Jim Bass Nissan and look forward to my next purchase, "my new truck",,,,lol... Thanks again Bass Bunch. More
The sales representative I worked with was friendly, respectful, personable and a please to work with. The selection of Certified Pre-owned vehicles at the dealership was okay.
