My wife and I recently purchased our 2020 Ford F-150 at Jim Boss and it was an easy hassle free experience. No pressure sales, just courteous personal service. We picked out our vehicle before we arriv Jim Boss and it was an easy hassle free experience. No pressure sales, just courteous personal service. We picked out our vehicle before we arrived from out of town. When we arrived, the vehicle was parked in front and our salesman B was there to greet us, with keys in hand. After a short test drive, we sat down with B, gave him our offer and told him where we wanted to be from a price point to close the deal and he worked with us to get there. Once we settled on price, our finance manager, Chu went over the paperwork, explained the contract in detail and had us on our way. Minus a hiccup with my own pre-approved loan, which B, Sales Manager Aaron, and Chu helped work through, it was an enjoyable hassle free buying experience. I had a horrible experience at my local dealership in town. I was on my way to SA to see family and found them online and saw they had great online reviews. I went in and they were all so nice, and willi town. I was on my way to SA to see family and found them online and saw they had great online reviews. I went in and they were all so nice, and willing to work with me. I am beyond happy with my new Versa SV. I would highly recommend coming to see them, they went above and beyond to ensure I walked away with a car and did not try and pressure me into a much larger or much more expensive and out of my price range model of car. I fell in love with the escape, unfortunately the one i had my eye on was taken but my dealer Todd was g glad i decided to stop by and jim bass ford. I fell in love with the escape, unfortunately the one i had my eye on was taken but my dealer Todd was great he got me into a similiar upgraded model. And it was easy breezy. Not a long wait either. Just as bad a Lithia of San Angelo I have a 2018 Ford Focus bought from Jim Bass Ford. The car has had 2 issues and both times the service department has not helped. My remote start w I have a 2018 Ford Focus bought from Jim Bass Ford. The car has had 2 issues and both times the service department has not helped. My remote start works part time. I have part of the car draging on the ground since i bought it that they told me would be removed every time I have taken it in for service and it still there. They make you wait at least a week before getting your car in.. and then when you show up the it may work that one time they are there and there is nothing they can do. Its like they get paid to not work on your car so you will go find a new one in the lot. They like to play games. I will not be buying from Jim Bass as long as the act like Lithia and not warranty the vehicles they sale. More
