I came in to trade my jeep for something more luxurious, they were giving me way under price then what was being said over the phone with Diante. I never got to meet him and speak to him directly to addres they were giving me way under price then what was being said over the phone with Diante. I never got to meet him and speak to him directly to address an issue. Instead I got Musa, and he was very unprofessional. There was also mistake with the $ and the numbers that they already ran over the phone, and got to find that out in person when I drove 3 hours from Michigan. They honestly didn't make any good deal as it was promised even though they were determined that they will have me walk out with my new dream car. Until Pan Pan showed up in this whole picture where I wanted to leave right away. She was the only one who impressed me by offering to take a look at another selection of cars, she didn't want me to leave without a new car! She worked so hard to make it happen, she actually cared, and was not like other sales/ manager employees who were ok for us to walk out even though we drove 3 hours to get to their dealership. The only reason I gave a 5 star is because of Pan Pan. If it wasn't for her I would've honestly rated this dealership a 1. I even ended up going way above my price range, that's how much excited I was to purchase the new Mercedes GLE 350!!!! More
