Well - I had planned to write an entirely different review for Jidd Motors, but unfortunately the entire deal went south. I reached out and negotiated a deal for a 2023 Nissan Ariya, had them run my cr review for Jidd Motors, but unfortunately the entire deal went south. I reached out and negotiated a deal for a 2023 Nissan Ariya, had them run my credit w/ a hard inquiry and got pre-approved w/ a $1000 down payment. They only took the down-payment either by Wire, Zelle, or Check by Mail. My credit union stops doing wires on Friday at 1PM and won't process any wires afterwards until the following Monday. That being said - we opted to go the Zelle route. Unfortunately, every account I attempted to send the down-payment through would not process the Zelle transaction. I kept the dealer updated and told them I'd do a wire-transfer on Monday. On Sunday, they texted me and informed me that they sold the car right from underneath me. So now - I have a hard inquiry on my credit and several days wasted attempting to work out a deal. Here's a thought - perhaps when somebody commits to purchasing a vehicle and informs you that they'll wire the money on Monday - don't sell the vehicle from underneath them. I had a pre-approval option that didn't require a down-payment that I could have pushed forward with, or - they simply could have waited until Monday for me to wire the funds. But they sold the car right from underneath me. At this point - I guess I can be grateful that the deal didn't happen. More

Yusif is an easy-going, funny, and knowledgeable salesman. I drove up from Indianapolis because I had narrowed my search down to two Stelvios - both at Jidd Motors. One of the cars wasn't quite ready to be on the lot, but he took me over to look at it. He parked both cars next to each other so I could decide. Very helpful! When I noticed I wasn't provided a copy of my finance paperwork in the envelopes I was given, he maintained good communication to make sure I received what I needed. We figured out he had accidentally entered by email incorrectly, and he fixed it immediately. I appreciate his responsiveness to text. I would absolutely buy from him again. I was very comfortable dealing with him throughout the process. (Justyna in finance is a lovely human & absolutely helped close the deal. I'll leave a review for her separately! Shawn (Sean?) was also integral in helping while I was there. Great team.) More
