My husband and I recently had the daunting task of looking for a good used late model SUV. We had been looking for a few weeks then my husband found Jidd Motors on the internet who had a huge selecti looking for a good used late model SUV. As we live in Rockford and Jidd Motors was some seventy miles away in Des Plains we didn't want a wasted journey so he talked to Mike Nalivayko on the phone who assured my husband it would not be a wasted journey. Mike was right Jidd had a huge selection of vehicles that would fit our needs and price range. Mike guided us through the process and gave us very useful information about all the vehicles we were interested in. We finally settled on a 2010 Lexus 350 and went back several days later to pick up the vehicle. It was such a pleasant surprise to see the vehicle had been totally valet cleaned and looked great. After the paper work was completed Mike took the time to show us all how the navigation and blue tooth systems worked. The staff at Jidd seemed genuinely interested in making the experience as pleasant as they could! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jidd Motors to any one looking for a good vehicle. i bought a 2006 Bmw 750I from these guys and 3 months later the transmission went out. Stay away from this Dealership. They said the car had a Clean carfax but guess what it was involved in a front end later the transmission went out. Stay away from this Dealership. They said the car had a Clean carfax but guess what it was involved in a front end collision. i found out a month later after purchasing the car the Bumper started to come off the sides so i was looked on line how to remove and reinstall the bumper and relised that the car had been in an accident had a after market bumper on it and the and the reinforcement bar that was in the front was all bent up and pushed in. I would never go back to this place or will i ever refer anyone to this Garbage Dealership. More

We’ve been in the market for a low mileage used Lexus RX350, and have looked at vehicles across the Midwest for the last several weeks. We never made it to the car lot at Jidd… mainly because of the extremely poor customer service and shady-appearing practices. Many of the vehicles on the Jidd website look great, and like a super deal. However, it is next to impossible to get a straight answer from anyone there and after we did get a call back, the information was incomplete and/or inconsistent. For example, I called to ask the best price on a specific vehicle I saw on the website and indicated I live several hours away and would come down to see it the same day once I knew what the best price might be. The listed price was $30,888. It took hours to get a call back (when I was told someone would “call me right back”). Jaimie left the message and quoted me a price higher than what’s listed on the website! He said because I was traveling a distance, Jidd could let it go for $34,988. So much for a better price! I was interested in one specific vehicle, and provided the stock number listed on their website. How hard is it to get me a price for one vehicle in their inventory?? Geez, no matter what I’ve seemed to ask I’ve gotten an incomplete or incompetent or no answer at all. I also find if very odd that nearly everyone I communicated with is NOT listed on their staff page on their website. What? My initial contact with Jidd was with a sales person, Haider. The message he sent was basically incomprehensible. It was a garbled mess, full of misspellings and improper grammar, clearly lacking in professionalism. Here is one of his email messages to me: Hello, lon time i didn' hear from you Are you still interesating for the car???? By the way we are the cheapest in the market as ar as the mileage ande the condition Pls. give me a call or e mail me ..... I will more than happy to assist you,. The first person I spoke with on the phone was Donny, who is supposedly a manager (Haider works for him). I waited 2 days for a call back and when he finally did respond, he simply deferred me to Jaimie. Funny, Donny is not listed on the website either. Who are these people?? Save your time and money- buy somewhere else like I did. I won’t be doing any business with Jiddiots at Jidd Motors. I bought my Lexus today from Lexus of Madison, WI. This was the best buying experience I’ve ever had! They did deal, and didn’t make me feel anxious or like I’m being taken advantage of. They gave me a fair price for my vehicle, and I bought my Lexus at a fair price. They are setting the bar for how a car sale should be conducted! I will definitely be back to work with them in the future. More
