He was very patient with me when I was between to vehicles long story short I ended up buying a toyota camry 2012 in excellent condition with under 10k miles!! My husband and I recently had the daunting task of looking for a good used late model SUV. As we live in Rockford and Jidd Motors was some seventy miles away in Des Plains we didn't want a wasted journey so he talked to Mike Nalivayko on the phone who assured my husband it would not be a wasted journey. Mike was right Jidd had a huge selection of vehicles that would fit our needs and price range. Mike guided us through the process and gave us very useful information about all the vehicles we were interested in. We finally settled on a 2010 Lexus 350 and went back several days later to pick up the vehicle. It was such a pleasant surprise to see the vehicle had been totally valet cleaned and looked great. After the paper work was completed Mike took the time to show us all how the navigation and blue tooth systems worked. The staff at Jidd seemed genuinely interested in making the experience as pleasant as they could! I would have no hesitation in recommending Jidd Motors to any one looking for a good vehicle. i bought a 2006 Bmw 750I from these guys and 3 months later the transmission went out. Stay away from this Dealership. They said the car had a Clean carfax but guess what it was involved in a front end later the transmission went out. Stay away from this Dealership. They said the car had a Clean carfax but guess what it was involved in a front end collision. i found out a month later after purchasing the car the Bumper started to come off the sides so i was looked on line how to remove and reinstall the bumper and relised that the car had been in an accident had a after market bumper on it and the and the reinforcement bar that was in the front was all bent up and pushed in. I would never go back to this place or will i ever refer anyone to this Garbage Dealership. More
