One of my friends recommended me to take my car into service at Jidd Motors so I decided to give them a try. I walked into the service department and was greeted by Faris and Omar as soon as I walked in service at Jidd Motors so I decided to give them a try. I walked into the service department and was greeted by Faris and Omar as soon as I walked in and interrupted their conversation. While waiting for my routine oil change to be completed, Omar was giving me a tour of the dealership. I was introduced to the President and they both were very kind and respectful. My oil change was completed in 30 minutes AND the entire service department was SLAMMED! When my oil change was done, Faris from the service department walked over to the sales department to inform me. I will go back for sure to get more help from these gentlemen at this dealership. thats what I call customer service! More

Once I was there I was greeted by a nice gentlemen (forgot his name) who let Donny know I was there Donny told him to go out and show me a few vehicles. He was very patient with me when I was between to vehicles long story short I ended up buying a toyota camry 2012 in excellent condition with under 10k miles!! Jidd motors is a great dealership with even better cars and prices truly professional from the owner who I met Sam to managers, finance which kept me laughin the whole time I was signing to sales people!!! In Jidd motors, the approach and treatment of the staff were exceptional. I was also trading my Landrover Freelander, and I was eager to be updated to the latest automobile technology. I was satisfied in getting what I wanted out of the deal, and they have taken care of everything for me. Not only that, I can bring the car to them to have it maintained.
