Sell cars out from under you I inquired about a car they had for sale but had not even been processed in their inventory yet. They said it would not be detailed and ready for us to look at until Friday, so I took a half a day off of work to go and look at the car on Friday afternoon. Find out just before I leave to head there that sold it the previous night. No warning, no word that it was detailed and ready, nothing! Very disappointed with how this dealer handled everything. I would have even made the trip Thursday had I known it was ready, even though they are almost a two hour drive from me. Do not use this dealer! More

This dealership is extremely well organized and their goal is to make you happy when you leave. Everything went smooth and at the end of the day they satisfied 2 people. And now they keep calling (including the owner) saying they tracked our IP address and are going to take legal action because of this review. We purchased a car here about a month ago, it took us 7 hours to finalize a deal that should have taken about an hour and a half. They didn't disclose any problems with the car, so we brought it to a mechanic and found out there. Jidd Motors, specially a Manger named Zaia (Zay-uh, spelling?), then toyed with us saying they would fix a broken part but minutes before we signed they said they can't. During negotiation they showed us a price we all agreed upon but when we went to finalize the deal they secretly added back in everything we told them to take out. They said this is what your monthly payment will be, sign the papers. The monthly payment seemed a bit high so I asked to see the numbers and the amount was thousands more than what we had agreed upon 7 hours earlier. Then we had to renegotiate and they wouldn't honor the price before (they did decrease it a little), but after 7 hours we were just upset and wanted to get it over with. They might have a couple great cars which is what we went there for but be careful. A guy backed into a black corvette and Jidd Motors didn't even tell the owner who purchased the car that day. The loaner car that they gave us didn't even have a knob for the stick shift so we had to hold a metal rod. The reason for the loaner was due to them installing a remote start, which we had to go back for 3 times due to not installing the correct part and promising us something they couldn't actually deliver. They will try to cover and cheat their way out of something so just keep an eye on what you go there for and make sure the same doesn't happen to you. Could you get a decent car there for a good price, Yes but just be careful. I believe they tried to run a game on us, they make you wait so long and make it seem like they are doing you favors, butter you up a bit and then the last min they change or not disclose things and hope you don't catch it. Be warned! ADDITION: Since then... Myself and my partner have been contacted well over 5 times to change our review. They are even trying to buy a better review here is my latest message from them, exact message. "Good Morning, I went and spoke to the boss he said if you have the invoice, for the fix, he will be more than happy to pay you the $500, he wants to get a different review!!" So here is some extra back story from the above review. We had them install a remote start, well they couldn't get it right. They did it 3 different times and swore everything worked and the options we wanted it to do like lock the door, unlock the door, make the car start so that when you get in the car you can just take off. Well it doesn't unlock/lock the doors and every time you put the car brake on it dies. Thanks Jidd motors for wasting our $790 dollars to install a remote start that doesn't work correctly and for harassing us to take down a truthful review. At first he seemed very nice and honest, but after my car buying experience I went into Jidd Motors to purchase a vehicle and got to speak with NINO. NINO and His "supervisor" MO guaranteed that my purchase of the second car was going to be brand new... IT WAS NOT. They charged me for the vehicles SECOND KEY and I called them NINO was acting as if he did not know what we were talking about. Secondly, their cars on their website are false advertisement. They advertise a car with features that the car does not even have. Then they try to "fix it" buy giving you a lower price. After confronting NINO about the second key-- he still has not responded to my phone calls... And I had to take my car in for service about one month after I bought it...sad--MO was not professional at all when negotiating prices with me, im not sure honestly how he got the job he has;Pure DISGRACE-- My family and friends were also thinking about buying cars from them, but I talked them out of it... THANK GOD! If both NINO and MO would of been honest with me and my wife since the beginning I would of definitely continue to do business with them, but sadly that was not the occasion. The good thing is I will not longer associate with that place or those people who know nothing about ETHICS! READERS PLEASE... He was honest and even he could have made a lot more money on an older car he put all his cards on the table so we can make the best decision for my son to be safe in a car with 100,000 miles warranty, save money in gas and have a piece of mind.
