Worst service I experienced. Sold me a lemon, then the salesman (Karim) tried to blame me. After going back there every day for an entire week, for hours at a time, they eventuall Sold me a lemon, then the salesman (Karim) tried to blame me. After going back there every day for an entire week, for hours at a time, they eventually almost sold me a second lemon, until I told them to return the first one and give me back my trade in. Which, by the way, the owner of the dealership lied to my face about and told me they "don't have a return policy" and that I "couldn't get my trade in back". I had to hold off writing this review because I was worried they would somehow "forget" to cancel my loan and force me to pay it if I wrote something negative. What a horrible place! More

"Fantastic Service" I was in search for a vehicle that suits my family of 6. JIdd Motors had plenty of options. My husband and I drove in from Berwyn. We met with the sales rep Jericho who patiently serviced our needs. He even went as far as meeting us at the dealership on his day off. My credit was not "Great" but Leo the Finance manager was able to give us "options" for our financial needs. Everyone else, staff was friendly as well. Might I add, how clean all of the vehicles are. The Lies Continue Stock number 2168B was advertised at $1550. I made contact with the dealership twice and was told that the vehicle was sold. Today I checked the Autot Stock number 2168B was advertised at $1550. I made contact with the dealership twice and was told that the vehicle was sold. Today I checked the Autotrader and Jidd Motors website again. Stock number 2168B was still listed for sale but for $6000, which is almost 4 times the original asking price of $1550. After I messaged the dealership to complain, I received a phone message from a gentleman who said that he was the sales manager. According to him, the car was no longer available because he had decided to sell it at an auction. He added that the engine was shot and that the car had too many problems to sell at their dealership. He also said that the price was raised to $6000 to discourage interest in the car. Ridiculous and Funny and not necessary. More

The experience at Jidd was phenomenal I was running errands in Des Plaines and decided to finally go and get my car checked because I was having a lot of problems with it. I had searched w I was running errands in Des Plaines and decided to finally go and get my car checked because I was having a lot of problems with it. I had searched where their was a body shop near by and Jidd Motors had popped up as the closest one so i decided to run by their. From first glance when i pulled up, the dealership was beautiful and the building was all glass. As soon as i walked into the building a guy named Igor Levit immediately had asked how he could help me. He was extremely outgoing and even had me laughing. He helped me with getting my car into there body shop and getting it checked out with no problems. He was extremely helpful and offered me a beverage while i waited. The wait on my car wasn't even an hour for all the work i needed done and i am so happy with all the work that was done by Phil their mechanic. He did exactly what was needed to be done and didn't try to upcharge me or have me do things to the car that was unnecessary like other places would try and have you do. While i waited i did take a minute to walk around their lot with Igor. They have amazing cars, i wanted to buy all of them!! Igor knew everything about every car inside and out. If you wanna buy a car, you have to have Igor sell it to you ! When i decide to get a new car, i'm going to buy it from Igor. I saw at least 5 people leaving ecstatic about their new cars they had just purchased from Jidd. The staff was extremely helpful and made my time there stress free, making my day alot easier ! My New Lexus 300 Hybrid Wonderful expeinece from start to finish with Sam and his staff at Jidd Motors. We drove form Kankakee (70 miles) to purchase a car. Price switching liars The sales price from Auto Trader was $28,555 which we agreed on.They then added $795.00 to that plus added something called Edge Plus.
