Don't believe the Hype WORST EXPERIENCE EVER with a dealership. A complete waste of time and energy. They stated that I was approved for financing, and scheduled a pick up day for me after I had given a deposit to hold the car.. As I arrived to the dealership on Saturday (my pickup day) the finance person, make believe owner, or whatever title he impersonated.. stated that they sold the car that I had placed a deposit on that previous week. They looked at me with no remorse or conviction. All along, this saleswoman who goes by an letter V was stringing me along with superficial conversation. After getting me to come down there on my off day to pick up a car that didn't exist, they displayed arrogance and dismissal. They all use same script to cover up, and show no empathy for the customers that they manipulate. Whatever you do... do your research on them before you set foot on that lot.. They actually might have done a favor with their poor ethics, because I've heard terrible stories from people that actually purchased the vehicles whereas they had to bring the vehicles back. They are unethical and illegal. They don't even use their real names. Beware of them. More

OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE BEEN LOOKING FOR A CAR FOR A COUPLE WEEKS NOW. LAST WEEK A FRIEND REFERRED ME TO JIDD MOTORS, SO I DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY. I DIDN'T HAVE TIME TO GO TO THE DEALERSHIP, SO I CHECKED OUT THE WEBSITE. I WAS E-MAILED BY A LADY NAMED ASHLEY RODRIGUEZ AND SHE GAVE ME AN OVERVIEW OF WHAT THEY HAD. ASHLEY DID AN EXCEPTIONAL JOB SHOWING ME THE VARIETY OF OPTIONS WITHIN MY BUDGET, AND SHE WAS VERY TOLERANT WITH MY LONG DECISION. ASHLEY THEN SCHEDULED A TEST DRIVE FOR ME THAT WORKED WITH MY SCHEDULE. WHEN I GOT THERE, THE CAR WAS ALL READY FOR ME WITH NO HASSLES.
