Outstanding experience far above from expected at Jidd Motor When I initially contacted Jidd Motors my very first impression was a very pleasant surprise as I immediately felt like a very valued customer (even s When I initially contacted Jidd Motors my very first impression was a very pleasant surprise as I immediately felt like a very valued customer (even so I was far from committing to anything); I was handed over to various experts to ensure my specific questions got addressed right away with the correct precision. Maryah, Jeff Guido, very my dedicated direct associates over the next 8 days during the time where I shaped my decision making. There was no pressing of decision making from the Jidd Motors team, no changing in attitude or anything which would have made me losing my interest and appreciation for the team. And I certainly had numerous calls, do to the significant decision making. The consultation for financing options, the arrangements for delivery or pick up options and even the registration with outside of state where beyond from what I could have wished for. What impressed me from the very beginning was that Mr. Jeff Guido was there from the first call to the very last moment until I left the facility with my 'new car'. I had a few wishes, e.g. getting a 2nd key, getting the original window sticker, and additional documentation - and within 15 minutes all the wishes were completed. Also Mr Sari at the actual sales conduct was very pleasant and professional! I will visit the team and the location as it was so much more than a lengthy paperwork filled vehicle pick up, it was a huge treat!
