I was in an accident I was in a car accident where someone slammed into the back of me in July 2019. I bought a car from Jidd motors December 2018. I have been calling them for three months now to get a bill of sale sent to my gap insurance and they keep telling me the finance person isn't in, that they'll take down my email and have it sent, that they can't access it.... Excuse after excuse for 3 months now! Which means for three months I haven't been able to close out my gap claim and for three months I have been paying for a car I no longer have because it's totaled. Jidd obviously doesn't care about it's customers. More

Provided Misleading Information just to make a sale Was looking for a used car at a sale price of $40,000. The car was not clean, was making a continuous alarm like noise and cup holders were broken. Th Was looking for a used car at a sale price of $40,000. The car was not clean, was making a continuous alarm like noise and cup holders were broken. The sales manager kept encouraging me to buy the car and that cup holder would be covered by the remaining balance of OEM bumper to bumper 5 year/50000 mile warranty. This was clearly a misleading statement (which i later happened to confirm with authorized dealer as well). Telling anything to make a sale doesn't seem right. I did a ton of research so i knew it wouldn't be covered. More

Review updated because of car dealer attorney letter I bought a 2016 ES Lexus car during a evening trip with my family. On that day i asked if i can pay now and taking the delivery late, but they said th I bought a 2016 ES Lexus car during a evening trip with my family. On that day i asked if i can pay now and taking the delivery late, but they said they can't do that . So ultimately i bought the car with my belief in them based on internet ratings, their discussions and not to worry for any issues. After taking the car i reported few items within a week . After trip to their office and lot of negotiations , including paying part of the money which i at end refused it as i already paid the money for fixing the break and also replaced 2 tires with 2 new Michelin tires at my own cost and requesting them not to ask my part because of it. I posted about the same issue online for the issue. I don't have any personal agenda or personal against anyone. All i want my issues to be fixed and after purchasing the car which i reported after buying the car. Now this week i got the letter from their attorney and based on that I am now being threatened by a lawsuit for the review so I have removed it per there demand. if you need information , i can share the details and documents Thanks Neeraj More
