Nick and Penny are great! Recommend= maybe -- Extra fees, no spare key, misrepresentation, lies, been waiting for refund on "custom edge policy" for 3 months now ++ Nick, Penny, Great car I -- Extra fees, no spare key, misrepresentation, lies, been waiting for refund on "custom edge policy" for 3 months now ++ Nick, Penny, Great car I bought a second car from this dealership after the 1st car I purchased here was an absolute disaster. 1st car cost: $2,500. paid in repairs: OVER $5,000. 3 times i took the car to JM for repairs - each time the repair was more expensive. I was told by Jidd Motors that I would be taken car of this time. I bought a second vehicle, I was scammed more - I was charged $300 for vin etching (which is a scam in its self: DIY cost=$20 ) but.. THERE IS NO VIN ETCHING DONE TO CAR! then financing person said he had "coupons" to get me insurance for an extra $8 a month, I corrected him and told him that is more than $50. Their finance guy (Mike) I think is a very bad person - that is where my experience went from 5 starts to 1 . I only received one key with the vehicle, I was told that the dealership would go half on a second key - they did not. I have an additional $2,500 charge called "Custom Edge" and there is no explanation in my paper work with information on this charge. I signed the paper to get this cancelled I have been waiting 3 months for my loan to be accredited - in the meanwhile I am paying the interest on the additional fees. fyi the VIP package seems like a good deal = (free car washes for life) Jidd Motors loses a star for: -vin etching scam/lying about financing fees/unknown charges -no spare key -NOT being "taken care of" after 1st car tragedy More

Exactly the vehicle we were looking for The salesperson was pleasant to deal with. He called after I purchased the car to confirm that everything was okay. The one negative aspect about the dealership is that the dealership wanted to add on an additional $895 for a protection package in which I had to bargain that price down. I paid an additional $600 from what the internet price stated. More

Pleasant, straight-forward, fair I found this place through Autotrader.com, and I came to look at the used Toyota Corolla's they had that I had seen online. Igor greeted me and my parents and started showing us what I had asked for. They had exactly what was advertised online, and for a good price. Igor did a good job of thoroughly explaining everything about the car I was interested in, and he made us feel welcome and comfortable.
