We chose to work with Penny Perez because of her positive reviews. From the minute we walked in to the time we left, we were not once hassled or forced into buying anything we didn't want. Penny showed us all the cars we wanted to see. When we were undecided between 2, they pulled them both out of the showroom for us to have a better look. This was by far one of our best car buying experience. We left with a car and price that we were happy with. I would highly recommend. More

The most dishonest dealer I have ever dealt with We came into the dealer to replace my wife's car. We test drove a 2017 Range Rover diesel with 22997 miles. I was told the car went through a complete, and thorough, inspection. After driving it, I told the salesman, Sari, that we liked the car and would be interested in buying it. I told him that I understood that they didn't move on price but there were a few issues that I would need taken care of before we bought it. The issues were blemishes on each door. In addition, I asked to have the steering wheel cleaned as it was faded and/or dirty, and I wanted the car detailed. Finally, I asked about the front license plate frame since it is illegal to drive a car in Illinois without one. He talked to his manager and he agreed to take care of the issues and claimed the license plate frame would be in the car. The day we were going to pick up the car I called in the morning to see if the car was ready. I was told it was. We arrived at 7:30 pm and, low and behold, the car was not ready. Sari told me he was going to the back to take care of everything and it would be ready by the time we were done signing the paperwork. Once we were done; not while we were signing the paperwork, only after we were done were we told that the paint guy and detail guys were already gone and nothing had been done. Once we got home, we realized that there was no front frame in the car. Their dishonesty is breathtaking. Two days into owning the car, with 23314 miles on the car, the "brake pads worn" light came on. I called and they claimed that they inspected the car at 22987. So, at this point, they want me to believe that, within 27 miles, the pads went from in spec to being so worn that that light came on. I then asked to see the inspection report. He told me he would get it and call me back in 15 minutes. An hour later, after not hearing from him, I called back and asked for him. I was sent to his voicemail that was, predictably, full and unable to take a message. I was then disconnected. I called back again and he was now nowhere to be found. I was finally put on the phone with James, the general manager, then Adam, the owner. Both claimed the car was inspected; it clearly was not and they set up an appointment for December 3 and the issues would be addressed. The following day the coolant light came on, and the day after the DEF light came on, further confirming that the vehicle was not inspected. During a true inspection, all fluids are topped off. I arrived at 12:30 pm on December 3, only to be told by service that he had no clue what I was talking about. I told him that I was assured these issues would be addressed by, both, James and Adam. He went to find James who was in a meeting. When he came back he told me they were going to do a free brake inspection, and then tried to show me an inspection report that does not show a measurement of the brake pads, it simply said the brakes were, "ok". As I saw in a previous review, be aware that their "30-day guarantee" has a 10% fee if you return the car, along with $1 per mile up to 1000 miles. That would require me to pay $6700, for a week. Nobody would do that. After sitting, for a short while, the advisor told me they topped off the DEF and coolant and aid they would replace the brakes that were at 5%. He indicated the car would be ready in 2 hours, that was at 11:45 am. Fast forward 3 hours. The service advisor came out and showed me that they did take care of the paint issues, however, the chip on the bumper looks like they used whiteout. It's absolutely pathetic. They still have not fixed the brakes; they claim they are waiting in the parts and, as I suspected, they did not detail the car. Be very careful if you do decide to buy from here and make sure to have any work done prior to signing the paperwork. Also, take it to an independent shop for a true inspection, because their inspection is terribly inadequate. Learn from our mistakes. More

I was wrong in doing so. All the repairs were completed by Jidd at no cost to me. These repairs were made in spite of the fact that they had no legal or moral duty to complete. They are an outstanding dealership with the highest ethical and moral standards. More
