Hello My Name Is Angel and I hate the Idea of getting Ripped off or pushed into a Purchase that im not 100 Percent Ready for.I firmly believe that mos Hello My Name Is Angel and I hate the Idea of getting Ripped off or pushed into a Purchase that im not 100 Percent Ready for.I firmly believe that most car sales reps are too pushy and cut into you walking into there office/Desk too talk about numbers straight after looking at the car for less than 20 minutes....which is a big deal kill.I dont think it is right/smart to get into 3-6 contract and just review what your buying for 20 minutes.I Purchased a GS 350 F Sport after going too see it 3 times. Ram Maher was my Sales Rep and was Super patient every step of the way ,i asked several questions,looked at the car several times,i genuinely felt like it was okay too take my time which is what made me move forward and feel comfortable. If it was not for RAM being such a patient gentleman i would not have Purchased a vehicle from JIDD as i was not willing too step into a sale that i had to forcefully decide everything within 20 Minutes.Ram is a great car sales man and if i had the opportunity to buy another car i wouldn't hesitate to reach out to RAM First.I really do hope his company see the power of his character as for this sale it is what made me step in there on my 3rd visit with a car purchase in mind. Great purchase! I purchased a 2016 Lexus IS300 and I am very pleased with the car and the process. Car was delivered and my trade in was picked up. The only thing I would suggest is that you make sure delivery driver has proper tools to remove license plates if needed. I had to try and find tools for him. Everything else was great! More

Worst service experience ever. True to the stereotype of used car salesman. Despite a set appointment and many communications through phone and email, my wife and I arrived after a 2 hour drive to find the used car salesman. Despite a set appointment and many communications through phone and email, my wife and I arrived after a 2 hour drive to find the car we had prearranged to purchase was not on site. The sales person we worked with was also not present. It took thirty minutes to cut through their xxxxxxxx. Lame excuses and no genuine concern for their customers. Shop elsewhere. More
