Penny spent several hours with me and the conversation was entertaining and informative. She is a wonderful communicator and quite knowledgeable about Lexus products. If Jidd Motors had been willing to go the extra 1/2 mile they could have easily made a sale, but it had noting to do with Penny Perez's performance. She was outstanding. More
