No doubt that they have priced at a price point but their service was really bad, they don't even have staff in place who can explain the vehicle features especially when you pay 30k for a used premium car. service was really bad, they don't even have staff in place who can explain the vehicle features especially when you pay 30k for a used premium car. Also, I had dropped an email regarding their price match guarantee, No response after week since I saw an Ad by another dealer who was outside of 100 mile radius selling the vehicle at a lesser price which has more options. Also the vehicle entertainment & Bluetooth weren't factory reset, These things are very important from a customer service perspective. More
