I purchased a 2016 Range Rover sport from this dealership on July 11, 2020. By August 7, 2020 the truck was in the shop in need of new brakes, tires and alignment. Cost of $2000!!!! I called Jidd several tim on July 11, 2020. By August 7, 2020 the truck was in the shop in need of new brakes, tires and alignment. Cost of $2000!!!! I called Jidd several times spoke with three different managers, Brandon, Demetri, and Conrade. None of them were any help or showed any compassion. Brandon told me he will speak to someone and call me back. I’m still waiting on that call back. The sales rep who sold me the un maintenance truck. “O” He also told me he will take care of it and never called back. They also sold me some bs warranties that doesn’t even cover things that “O” told me they did! I will never buy from this dealership again. They have a lot of ridiculous fees and by the time your done price will be $5000 over sticker price. BUTERSSS BEWARE!!!! More
