Coming back to Jessup is like old times, before we became snowbirds. Same or even better than I remember service with warmth and friendship. Daniel followed through great on the service. I know its the same Jessup family who owns the two adjoining dealerships but find it hard to see that Cadillac does not have its own up to date wai I know its the same Jessup family who owns the two adjoining dealerships but find it hard to see that Cadillac does not have its own up to date waiting area for its owners. Cadillac has always been considered a premium brand and with vehicles well over 100K should have a beautiful waiting area. I love the gentleman who greats you when you come in for service. Its a wonderful addition to your dealership, Highly recommend Daniel Mejia. Note, the mechanic who serviced my car put air into my tires. When I got home I noticed one air cap missing and the other three were loose and not tightened down. More

Came in on Saturday, April 26th for a basic service appointment (oil change, new filter, tire rotation etc.). Appointment was scheduled for 8:00AM. Every aspect of customer service was horrible and did appointment (oil change, new filter, tire rotation etc.). Appointment was scheduled for 8:00AM. Every aspect of customer service was horrible and did not exist. Only two service reps working and waiting on customers, also with appointments. I did not get my vehicle checked in until 8:35AM. No offer if I wanted a Uber/Lyft driver to take me home, as I have done frequently in the past, so I decided to wait for it. At 10:30AM I walked over to the service area, to check the status of my vehicle. As I was waiting in the customer lounge, in a separate building. As I walked out of the customer lounge I saw my truck parked in the pick up area. No one had contacted me that the truck was ready for pick up. As I walked in to the service building there were 8 people in line waiting to get help from the service reps (still 2 reps) as the reps were waiting on 2 other people who were previously waiting in line. Periodically, 2 different women would walk out from the back and go to the coping machine for something they had printed. The women came out of the back room at least 3 times and never offered to help any of us waiting in line. Finally a woman in line walked to the back room and asked the 2 women why they couldn't help all of us waiting in line. The woman who walked to the back room, asking for help, said she was just there to pick up her car. Upon hearing that, I and several other customers said the same thing. We were waiting to pick up our vehicles. At that point, one of the women, working in the back room, came out to help. I must say that this experience was the worst example of customer service to which I was ever exposed. The 2 service reps were doing as much as they could but there was only 2 of them. Management was obviously trying to work mean and lean but that was a terrible management philosophy. This is the second bad experience I've encountered. My previous appointment was to repair my A/C unit. After waiting 5 days for a part my truck was repaired. When I picked it up the inside of the truck had been trashed. The truck had been broken into while being placed in Jessup's back lot with fencing and camera's, but that's another story. More
