Amada did a great job, always communicated with updates. When we picked up the car, after driving it there was a vibration driving on the freeway at 70mph. Amanada told us to bring it back in. We took the car back to Jessup; Amada had the wheels re-balanced again for the second time. This car is a All wheel drive , we were told when only 2 of the 4 tires were replaced this could make a difference in the balancing. We are bringing the car back again to have the 3m ClearShield package applied, since this was a part of my purchase. I chose to have the work done at a certified Volvo dealer to ensure quality instead of a Mercury Insurance Bodyshop. The only disappointment was replacing only 2 of the 3 wheels/tires that were damaged. This means I will have 2 new tires and 2 that will need replacing beforehand. The body work on the car is perfect! More
