Walter Is The Best! Rita and Ruben did a great job! Both Rita and Ruben kept me informed about the progress of the repair my car. The car was delivered a week early from when it was promised. The car looks brand new, just like it did when I first drove it off the lot. Additionally, my car was washed and the interior was cleaned and vacuumed. Rita and Ruben were delightful, friendly, accessible, professional. They both make you feel as you and your car are the most important thing they have in front of them. Service Department I went in on Monday to get my tires Balanced and Rotated. Ryan was my Service Adviser and he took good care of me. I had an issue with my tires and he I went in on Monday to get my tires Balanced and Rotated. Ryan was my Service Adviser and he took good care of me. I had an issue with my tires and he came and let me know what the issues were with the tires. I had asked if i can see what the issue was and with no hesitation took me to go see what the problem was and the tire tech showed me what were the issues at that made me feel good about what was going on with my tires on the car. I would recommend Jessup service department to my Family and friends. Thank you Jessup. More
