My service advisor is Sergio ,he is very helpful,very knowledgeable and always take care of my 2020 Escalade ESV when it comes to service or repairs .Sergio always updates me when my vehicle is in servic knowledgeable and always take care of my 2020 Escalade ESV when it comes to service or repairs .Sergio always updates me when my vehicle is in service and also helps me with arranging loaner vehicles.Sergio knows the products and services provided by GM and is very much trained in GM products.I would also like to recognise one other person at the service center is Savanna,she is very helpful in arranging loaner vehicles.Savanna is very friendly and always return my phone calls if i leave any messages.Sergio and Savanna are great asset to Jessup Auto Plaza and i wish them both good luck with this dealership.A very happy customer and a loyal GM product owner.
