I came in without an appointment as a tire was losing pressure. Sean discovered a large puncture and replaced the tire immediately. The service people are also sloppy in the quality of work they provided such as Uber drivers being sent to wrong addresses when they scheduled pick ups, vehicles not being cleaned properly and left in the same condition as when brought in, such as muddy footprints being left on the step guard's outside the vehicle and inside the driver’s and passenger flooring, as well as fingerprints being left on the drivers and passenger doors. Also lacking in communication skills on important details about informing you about the update on the service going into a weekend when their service department is closed and they still have your vehicle. I’m very dissatisfied especially when I’ve been proactive in my communication through every appointment and have politely communicated my concerns yet nothing has changed. More

At Jessup it seemed the dealer was just trying to make money off of me. I was honest what a mistake I told him my son was driving cross-country and he preceded to say he needed over 12 things done with hi money off of me. I was honest what a mistake I told him my son was driving cross-country and he preceded to say he needed over 12 things done with his 2017 Chevy Camaro. When you have that kind of vehicle one does not need that many things done. Plus, I had my mechanic look at it before I had service done. I guess it’s true dealerships do everything to make as much money as they can. But, the overall jist of it was really bad service especially for a disabled American veteran. He took off 100 bucks but that was nothing compared to the 2700 dollar bill. And he said I needed a belt that was another 250 bucks. Jessup Chevrolet aren’t high on my customer service satisfaction list. Thanks Rickey Bell More

Sean was incredibly patient with me and dealing with some issues with our 2017 XT5. Ultimately everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of and I know Sean will do his best to take care of the ma issues with our 2017 XT5.
