I bought my vehicle with a defect and took it in several months later. Dropped off my vehicle and took 6 hours for the tech to even look at my car! They ended up not having the part. I was advised, “for my convenience”, to take my car elsewhere, closer to home. I went to Dutton and they took care of me right away. Sad since I bought 2 vehicles from this dealer within a 6 month time frame and was getting ready to purchase a 3rd. Was hoping they would try to keep my business. Would have been happy with a loaner until the part came in but warranty wouldn’t have covered it. As a courtesy, I feel like the dealer should have tried harder considering I bought the vehicle with this problem. More

Stan and the service techs did a fantastic job. They even gave me a heads up on possible issue i may have down the road. Jessup is always great with keeping the customer informed on updates during auto service. Dan is excellent and kept me updated and went out of his way to help with discounts coupons that had been mailed to on updates during auto service.
