This recent service experience left me so very very disappointed! As if repairs at the dealership aren't pricey already, there was a sign informing me that I would be subject to an additional 3% charg disappointed! As if repairs at the dealership aren't pricey already, there was a sign informing me that I would be subject to an additional 3% charge if I chose to use a credit card! Could I have walked out and taken my business elsewhere? Absolutely.. maybe. I own a model that's somewhat unique (Chevy Volt) so finding an alternative place for service has been a bit challenging in my area (but you can be darn sure I'm going to try harder to find one)! I urge the dealership management to reconsider this practice. I know it has become the "fashionable" thing to do these days but I really feel the costs for accepting credit cards should be considered a cost of doing business, the way utilities, shop supplies and other related fees are. More
Service was great! I was walk in. My only beef is the dealership needs to decide either you take credit cards or you don’t. Passing along a 3% fee to your customers is I was walk in. Melly met us when bringing in our car for routine service. She is extremely pleasant to work with. She arranged for an Uber for me to return home and a new text when our car was ready for pickup an service. She is extremely pleasant to work with. She does a fantastic job of calling or texting if their is a problem or when the car is ready. She is a great asset to Jessup! More

The Jessup Service Department handled a complicated situation professionally and efficiently, the part I needed was on backorder for over a month but they kept me informed as to what was going on. Which is good because it isn't easy being without your car for 6 weeks! Anyway they did the repair the same day the part finally came in. More
