I did not care for the changes in the waiting room. Also, I found out that is if your app is after 10:00 and the work cannot be done then the work is carried over to the next day. However, three days after getting the car back, the Service Vehicle Soon light came on again. I called Jessup this afternoon. I'm waiting for a call back. More
