I feel confident that they “know” my XLR-V and its requirements. The staff is almost always pleasant & professional. The service charges are usually competitive. I had an appointment for Dec 2nd 2024 for work to be done to my truck. Upon arrival I was treated poorly by Sergio. Used ill tone with me. I felt very uncomfortable. Work was done room 5 hours approximately and when I was called my truck was ready I went to pick up and was met by mechanic. Told him I was not happy with work done and I no longer wanted the bed liner because it hadn’t been properly installed. I have pictures to provide. I lost one whole day of work just trying to get my money back for parts and I even had to pay labour twice. I was mistreated by Sergio and Erick. The worst customer service skills ever. My needs were not met and I was not a priority to them. A customer was given priority even though my situation had not been resolved. I have never felt so discriminated before. I am seriously considering a law suit. I really hope someone reads this and reaches out to me and these employees are reprimanded for such awful and inhumane behavior. This establishment needs to train better. More

David Anderson was very thoughtful and helpful, especially as a new employee. However, I did not get a follow up call on status of vehicle and what additional care and expenses until 455 PM. Thankfully, able to discuss and purchase new 5 years warranty which was second reason for visit to Jessup from the Chevrolet side at 530 after return to Jessup, which still had finance manager on duty.
