I was in for a repair on a power button that was faulty and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems that loaners should be on hand and ready to provide to customers especially during a repair of a faulty part under warranty on a car that’s only 10 months old. The truck was repaired perfectly and the service advisor was able to work with my extended warranty company to have it all covered under warranty. I was very happy!!
