I contacted Jessup for my 1961 corvette. Pictures from the mechanic with explanations of the why behind their recommendations was great. Melissa, my service coordinator made sure we were aligned prior to any cost-incurring work. When it came time to pick up the car, they had cleaned it and ensure it was ready to go. I am very happy with the work and my experience and recommend them. More

I had a very disappointing experience with the service department. The service advisor assigned to me never contacted me with any updates regarding my vehicle. I initially dropped it off for an oi service department. The service advisor assigned to me never contacted me with any updates regarding my vehicle. I initially dropped it off for an oil change and requested a brake inspection, but it ended up taking four days to get my vehicle back. Throughout that time, I never received any communication and had to call three separate times just to get an update—otherwise, I would have had no idea what was going on. The customer service was extremely poor. There was no effort to assist customers, and the staff lacked basic courtesy, such as greeting customers with a smile. The lack of communication and professionalism is concerning, and unfortunately, I have to return for further service, leaving me worried about how long it will take next time. This experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I hope management takes steps to improve their customer service and communication. More
