Brandie gave excellent service and went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of. However, someone else's keys were left in my car and it was obvious that the porters were not on point--maybe underst make sure I was taken care of. Confusion when I arrived at the service area. I had to wait 30 mins for a service rep. They were so apologetic for the slow service that I can't give them anything but 5 stars. To me the definition of customer service is when a company steps up and admits they made a mistake and makes sure all is taken care of from that point forward. Jessup did just that. More
