While I have no complaints about the work that was done, I found the check-in/check-out process laboriously slow and cumbersome. Several payment terminals were not functioning, a printer was broken so only I found the check-in/check-out process laboriously slow and cumbersome. Several payment terminals were not functioning, a printer was broken so only one was servicing the entire department and, while Daniel was very personable, he seemed to still be in training which compounded the time required to deal with all the paperwork. To recap previous review: Service is slow and hard to get info about when you can pick up the car. Ridiculously expensive. Parts are hard to come by and often out of common parts you should have. Service techs don't investigate a fix enough and just tell the rep it's not reparable without new parts which cost a ton. I didn't wait assuming it would take twice as long as what is quoted--my previous experience. Your charging to use a credit card absolutely sucks! More
