I had a 9:00 appointment for which I was right on time for. I was not checked in until 9:25-9:30. This is unacceptable. Isn't my time as valuable as theirs? I was in for a repair on a power button that was faulty and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems that loaners should be on hand and ready to provide to customers especially during a repair of a faulty part under warranty on a car that’s only 10 months old.
