My visit was for the service of the problem that my corvette has, and it is covered by warranty. After 2 months of waiting and creating case with manufacture, they told me at the end "go where you boug corvette has, and it is covered by warranty. In-short: they where very rude at my initial visit and I am guessing, because warranty, other wise why would you treat customer badly... They do not return phone calls or follow-up after repair or visit, they just simply do not work with you. When I came for oil change the service adviser did not know what is dry sump and this is a regular maintenance for Grand Sport model. At that time I overlooked it because it was a different advisor and he was much nicer than my initial visit for repair under warranty. They had refused to service my car after 2 drive testing and scheduling an appointment and when a week later I arrived they said "go where you bought it" On BBB reply they said it is because I demanded a loner. At that point they even did not tell me if they have a loner or not and it is o irrelevant for the matter. Clearly, they needed to say at least something More
This was the first tine I went in to the service department for a Chevy Tahoe that I just bought from Jessup. Cory told me that it could take a few hours to replace a part that broke. I was in the waiting room for not more that 20 minutes. I think they knew that I was cold and did not bring a coat. EVERYONE in the office was so polite and kind. I am really impressed! More

The buying experience we had, thanks to Mo, Ali & Art is unforgettable. They accepted us as if we were family, as if we were repeat, established customers for many years. We drove from Huntington Beach on a Friday evening and because of the way we were treated by this group of sales ambassadors, we would do it all over again, even if it were twice as far & in twice as much bumper to bumper traffic!
