I always get exceptional treatment when I'm at this dealership. Melissa Miller, my service advisor, provides exceptional customer service and I am always more than impressed with her explanation of wh dealership. I have recommended everyone I know to visit Jessup Auto Dealership. Braulio Rodriguez addresses any questions I have regarding my vehicle, or possible purchase of another vehicle and always is ready and willing to answer. I am always greeted with a smile from him and am impressed at how he stops what he is doing in order to say hello to me. I feel like an important person at this dealership, which is why I have already bought 2 cars for myself and when the time came, 1 for my daughter. I never even considered going anywhere else. This is mostly due to the wonderful treatment by Melissa Miller, Braulio Rodriguez, and David Sverdlin. They are all top notch!!!!! More

The service on the vehicle was great, however when it came to the shuttle setup, my wife, who dropped the vehicle off was never contacted about its completion and had to find a way to the dealership.
