Jessup Cadillac - A fantastic place to take your Caddy-Review By L Rico Richardson I had just purchased a 2018 XT5- from out of state which was trucked to my door from a car broker in Kan Caddy-Review By L Rico Richardson I had just purchased a 2018 XT5- from out of state which was trucked to my door from a car broker in Kansas-low price - low mileage- almost too good to be true- I had 48 hours and a couple hundred miles only to test drive and determine if I was going to keep it or return it- The vehicle arrived on a Friday afternoon- and I had to immediately make an appointment with a Cadillac dealer- I chose Jessup Auto Plaza- drove the Caddy there asap with my son - big Rick - We are both honorable military retired- he’s Air Force and I’m USMC - we were looking for a shop to call home base for future services or sales- Jessup Cadillac fit the bill- Once we got to the service area @Jessups we both were impresssed with how state of the art both the service and the sales areas were- the team there we from first glance you could tell were a class act- We immediately met with the service manager Ron Austin- after telling Ron what our concerns were - regarding this used vehicle - he suggested we get an points auto inspection to validate either the good or the bad elements this car may or may not have- We agreed to have Ron’s team put the caddy through an indepth diagnostic- Ron’s crew after a 2 hour top to bottom inspection - gave the vehicle a thumbs 👍🏾 up!! Ron reviewed the indept diagnosis report with my son and myself explaining in detail what were concerns and not- We both felt (my son & myself) after this inspection felt much better about this used vehicle now that it had a mechanical blessing from Jessup Cadillac- Ron put the vehicle in the Jessup Cadillac database and setup us up for our next service- Did I mentioned that there was even AAA discount and complimentary car wash- The overall experience with Jessup Cadillac was 10 out of 10 in regards to customer service satisfaction- God- thanks to Ron and his staff of expert mechanics- at Jessup Cadillac- who saved the day for my son & myself- I - L Rico Richardson - highly recommended Jessup Cadillac and his assembled team of professionals lead by a great service manager - the knowledgeable Ron Austin- Kind regards- L Rico Richardson More

We had to bring in competing offers from other dealerships just to get a price match—leaving us questioning why we’d work with a dealership that wasn’t upfront from the start. That all changed when we connected with Daniel Conner. Coming from a sales background myself, I understand the balance between profitability and customer care, and Daniel truly struck that balance. He was professional, responsive at all hours, and never pushy. Instead of feeling pressured, we felt valued and respected throughout the process. Honestly, if not for Daniel, we likely would have taken our business elsewhere. His dedication and integrity made all the difference, and we’re grateful to have worked with him! More

It took 3 hours and 45 minutes for an oil change. I waited there for it because I was told it would be 60 to 90 minutes - 2 hours tops. There was no communication on what was taking so long. When the truck was done, (after 3 hours) I signed the paper and was told they would wash it and bring it to me up front and it would take 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and no truck. I went back to ask where my truck was and was told they had not started on it yet and he (Leo) would go make sure they washed it and he would bring it to me personally. After 15 more minutes the truck arrived and it was filthy. It looked as if they just sprayed it down and wiped a dirty rag over it. The tonneau cover was horrible and you could clearly see that someone just made some random wipes 'in no particular pattern on it, which on a tonneau cover, makes a clean patch surrounded by the still dirty patches. After waiting 3 hours and 45 minutes for my first oil change on my 2024 Colorado Trail Boss, and having to go home and wash it myself to fix the crap job they did, I think it's safe to say I will not be returning for a repeat experience. 0/10. Absolutely terrible! More
