Bought the vehicle over the phone. The price was list with no markup unlike Honor GMC. Honor GMC. Quote one price over the phone which was list but when the paperwork showed up online, they had marked up the car $10,000 over list and added $3,000 of dealer options that they said we’re mandatory at their dealer. My response to them after I called and discussed it over the phone was telling them to keep it. The next day I found the one I was looking for at Jessup GMC. I was in for a repair on a power button that was faulty and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems and once again the dealership could not promise me a loaner car without having to go to enterprise down the street. For a luxury car dealer, it seems that loaners should be on hand and ready to provide to customers especially during a repair of a faulty part under warranty on a car that’s only 10 months old.
