I came in for routine service that was supposed to take about an hour. I was pleasantly pleased when 50 minutes later my cars service was completed, 13 point inspection and a car wash in record time. This was my 5000 mile first service. My tire pressure icon had been displaying intermittently. Yolanda explained how that sometimes happens when the air temperature changes hot to cold this time of year but she would make a point to mention that. In fact when the tire pressure was checked it was only 30 lbs. there were no leaks and all tires were inflated to 38ppi they also checked for signs of rodents. I had a problem with my previous car. I’m now good to go for 5000 miles more. I liked seeing the video of my car being serviced with the audio. Only problem was my dashboard display had been changed and not returned to my original. I didn’t know what to do. Yolanda to the rescue! She is always so helpful and patient. My only negative comment was the length of time I had to wait. Well over 2 hours. Maybe it was because of the tire issue. I do like that Jerry’s service is thorough. More

I must admit that, after reading some of the ratings for their service, my experience, for my first service was what I truly expected from a decent dealership. Because I had an afternoon appointment, I allo their service, my experience, for my first service was what I truly expected from a decent dealership. Because I had an afternoon appointment, I allotted the process to be concluded in about two hours and they finished my service in two hours exactly. It was a very good first impression. More

I purchased my 1999 Toyota Avalon, new from Jerry’s Toyota. I have had it serviced exclusively at Jerrys without issues. I took it in today for an oil change and tire rotation appointment at 40,000 mil Toyota. I have had it serviced exclusively at Jerrys without issues. I regret dealing with this people , their customers relation is very very poor , I purchased a car from them and I meet a very good guy that help me out but after I finish my 50,000 mileage I paid for relation is very very poor , I purchased a car from them and I meet a very good guy that help me out but after I finish my 50,000 mileage I paid for the 5 times services and my car was 55,000 miles then ,have called this people twice to book an appointment they keep on giving me excuses I have to paid somewhere else to service my car what is the essence of paying then to you guys , when ever I called for servicing they either gave you 3weeks appointment are you guys expecting me to leave my Car not driving for that 3 weeks ? Now my car mileage is 72,000 plus and they still done have space for just for ordinary oil change this is crazy . I regretted I left Heritage and join jerry very bad experience. I gave you guys 1/10.
