I was kicked out of the service area by Jessica Smith Just got kicked out of Jerry's Toyota for asking about an appointment policy. I was told the policy is not new but my two Toyota cars were serviced at Just got kicked out of Jerry's Toyota for asking about an appointment policy. I was told the policy is not new but my two Toyota cars were serviced at this location for approximately 10 years and I never had to make an appointment. I asked questions and was told three times to leave. Below is what I posted on Facebook about my experience. I will not buy or have a car serviced by Jerry's Toyota again I my life. Wow For over 10 years I have got my car serviced at Jerry's Toyota out side of Baltimore. I go there on Saturday - no appointment. I just go up and wait for the service. Today I went to get it serviced like normal. I was told they full and I need an appointment to service have my car serviced. I told the service person I never needed an appointment in the past. I was told it was a change in policy. I expressed my disappointment. I went in the office to ask about it. And I was told this was alway been the policy. Really? I was NEVER!!! Told this not have I had my car service on any day put Saturday. A policy is only a policy if is the practiced. We were talking I was accused of shouting. I told Ruanne Williams that I was not shouting. But I understand how folks can be afraid of a 6'6" man. I had to address this all my life. I was just trying to understand this change. And I needed to get my service history. I told Ruann Williams, she appeared to be getting upset. She want me to seat down. I told her that was okay. I made sure that I was not in her personal space. Another lady Jessica Smithson (service manager) was listening and asked me to step in her office so she can give me the car's service history records. Ms Smithson printed my records and also states this was there policy. As I told her that I NEVER needed appointment before. And a policy that has never been practiced in the past is not a policy. She said here is your record. Can you leave. I am posting this for all in the Baltimore area to know how I was treated. This will be the last time I come here. And I want everyone to know about the terrible interpersonal skill that Jessica Smithson and Ruanne Williams I will take my business somewhere else and I hope that everyone else does the same. More

Great Service !! Yolanda is a top notch professional, caring and exceptional service advisor! when I come in to meet with her, I know I'm in good hands. Not only does Yolanda is a top notch professional, caring and exceptional service advisor! when I come in to meet with her, I know I'm in good hands. Not only does Yolanda take the time to make my visit hassle free, she also ALWAYS make me feel as if I'm the only customer she will be seeing that day. No one looks foreward to a car repair or service expense but after meeting with Yolanda at Jerry's Toyota on Belair Road service department, I feel I've been well advised and properly taken care of. She does her job with sincerity and has always had an answer for any question I have. In addition to her professionalism, Yolanda assures me that whatever has to be done will be done right and I've grown to trust and feel very comfortable with her being the overseer of my car service. I remember sharing during my first meeting with her, how I dread going to service shops. It's still not my favorite place to visit but Yolanda's personal touch, along with her knowledge and professionalism has made it so much easier. Normal maintenance. The people I first see are the people who put stickers on the mirror and place paper covers on the car seat. I don't see my car until it has been correctly taken car of with the repairs needed. Every one whom I see are extremely polite and know their job as well as the person who takes care of the coffee station. More
