I’ve never been treated so horrible I dealt with stefani immediately after my car was flooded by her attendants. Every seemed fine I showed her some of my soaked belongings and she asked if she could handle them and I allowed her. When I left the dealership she stated to my boyfriend and I that if there was any damage or anything to let them know when I dropped off the car. That’s when everything turned for the worse. When I came back with the car my boyfriend over heard this woman trash talking me. She was stating she thought everything was handled and what else could I possibly want! She made rude statements in regards to how long we had the rental. She spoke unprofessionally about me to my boyfriend. She also lied to protect herself during the incident. She stated how could my phone be damaged when she saw my boyfriend and I both with our phones! The answer to that is I have another phone for my business which was left in my travel bag which was in my car because no one ever told me to remove all personal items from the car! I came in for an oil change so really no one needed to be in my car! Then she minimized the damage to my vehicle! She blatantly called me a liar and said my windows were only cracked! That wasn’t true the windows were completely down and gallons of water flooded my car because her careless staff thought it was ok to run my car through the car wash with my rear windows down! This company has made my life a living xxxx and stefani is one of the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with!!!!!! Do not come here More

Yolanda’s wonderful customer service! We took our car in for brakes. Every time we sit down with Yolanda it’s always a pleasant visit. Worst experience of oil change I had my car serviced with regular maintance. Oil light on a few days later, the car also make louder noise. I checked oil level.
