Brooke called me when my car got to Jerry's. She said she would try to get it looked at on Saturday. It was a problem with the parts, a compressor for the AC. Only 1 in the state in Glen Bernie. She was able to get the part and have my van ready Monday afternoon. She had someone come to my house to pick me up. The lady was very nice and she even opened the door for me both times getting in and out. It is a handicap van for my son. I can't thank you all enough for getting the part needed and getting it done by Monday. I have 2 doctors appointments this week that I have to go to, due to previous diagnoses with cancer. I am very grateful that I can make these appointments without extra worrying. Thank you again, from the bottom of my heart. Brooke stayed with me from the time I walked in the door and took me to the office to pay for it and walked me out to my car. Her customer service was very outstanding. God bless, Donna Kuchmas
