Nice waiting room with wifi and coffee. Service advisor was nice. I was told I had to pay a $150 fee to diagnose a glovebox latch not working. Sorry but this is ridiculous. We are not talking a transmission or engine issue... We are talking jiggling a latch for $150...this is shrewd and wrong. I will still go back for service though... More

An efficient and well run operation. Yolanda was very professional explaining what my car needed and arranging a Lyft to and from my house while my car was getting serviced. Awesome! Today, I had a regular oil change package with everything that it comes with. Everything seemed fine with this, and I have had no issues, as of yet. However, the reason I rated this a 2 stars is because they that it comes with. Everything seemed fine with this, and I have had no issues, as of yet. However, the reason I rated this a 2 stars is because they have touched my personal equipment, and I don't appreciate this. I have a Nexar Drive Cam, in my car. I realized today, much later after I had been driving all day, that one of the service technicians disconnected all of the wires from my camera. There is no need for them to do this. This is not part of the maintenance schedule that I had paid for. There is no reason for a mechanic to touch any of my personal items in my car, besides the car itself. The fact that they disconnected my wires is appalling. I have this camera installed to protect me from any incidents that could occur on the road. By them disconnecting this, it has left me vulnerable and unprepared for anything that could have happened. Luckily, nothing did happen, but this dealership has potentially placed me in a spot I did not expect to be in, had I needed my camera footage for anything. There is no reason to believe that my camera needed to be disconnected. Nobody had mentioned anything of the sort, and there are no signs posting that cameras need to be turned off. This is shameful that Jerry's Toyota would allow an employee to do this to a customer's car. Its also very shady that a dealership would disconnect a camera, as if to hide something that occurred or could occur in a regular oil change. Now I'm going to have to go through my car to make sure that one of Jerry's employees didn't steal something and attempt to cover it up by disconnecting my camera. I really don't appreciate my property being tampered with. More
