I have an appt and I am not late.. I will wait.. then he says well sometimes you make dr appointment and they have to cancel your appt so same here ...I repeated I am waiting for my vehicle....I never want to deal with him again!..he needs to be trained in better customer service etiquette. More

I brought my Toyota in for warranty paint work. While the paint job was exceptional, I was not told the windshield was being replaced and when I returned, my EZ-Pass was gone. That is not cool. While the paint job was exceptional, I was not told the windshield was being replaced and when I returned, my EZ-Pass was gone. That is not cool. Additionally, the car came in with a rear cargo cover, but it too was missing when I picked the car up. That will cost hundreds to replace. Finally, the rear windshield wiper was installed incorrectly so now it just tries to wipe the air below the rear window. I am at a loss. The body work was great but all the issues lead me to a 2 star review. When I inquired about the cargo cover they said they had photo proof it wasn't with the car. This is not accurate; the cargo cover is not here and was with the car when it was dropped off. More

2 weeks ago I bought a vehicle from Steve . . wonderful .. however chad and Brent store mangers.. the first day I purchased the vehicle the tire needed to be replaced .. they replaced a week lat . wonderful .. however chad and Brent store mangers.. the first day I purchased the vehicle the tire needed to be replaced .. they replaced a week later I needed new brakes .. chad assisted that the car was Maryland stated inspected it was not he wanted to go back n forth with me at the end told me to bring my car in so they can look at it was in fact my front back and rotors smh !! They fixed only to find the next day my car wouldn’t start! I had to buy a battery and needed an oil change ….. all of this should have been checked before selling the car!!!! Contacted mr chad he was yelling trying to tell me it was nothing wrong with the car Brent was in the background telling me to shut the xxxx up and to hang up on me .. the way I was treated I wouldn’t even recommend a dog to buy a car from there … DONT BUY NO CAR FROM THERE PPL .. contacted the store manager .. he told me he didn’t want to hear nothing I had to say .. a law suit wil be filed! Jerry’s Toyota has reversed my opinion of dealership service departments. The work has always been excellent and timely. I actually feel like they look after my best interests by the inspections each 50 service departments. The work has always been excellent and timely. I actually feel like they look after my best interests by the inspections each 5000 miles and providing recommendations on service. They have alerted me to coupons or discounts I was not aware of thus making maintenance/repairs more affordable, keeping my Tacoma in great shape, and keeping resale value up. Not to mention the courteous and friendly personnel. My second vehicle from them but not my last. More
