We went in early December looking to maybe trade in our Tahoe for a new Suburban and Daryl Cooper came out within 5 minutes of being there, he immediately asked what we were looking for and showed us 3 different cars that we might like. He checked back within a week but he was patient. Once we were ready to look again we called Daryl back and he was on it! He worked with me over the phone/email. He sent photos and gave me great suggestions! Chevy allowed me to test drive this vehicle home to see if it would fit in our garage before we made our final decision. On top of it all he and the financial manager gave us such a great deal that we couldn’t pass it up! Within 24 hours I had a new Suburban that we absolutely love and it works great with our family! Randy gave me a call about one on their lot so I went to check it out. It was everything he said and more, I looked it over up and down and couldn't find a thing wrong with it. He told me the vehicle had been very well taken care of and my mechanic agreed, not a single thing wrong with the truck come inspection time. Randy was straight up with me and knew a lot about the vehicle and did everything he could to get me out the door with the truck. He was very patient even with some hang ups on my end trying to get everything together. He walked me through the process and even gave me advice on what to do to get up my credit score for the next time I bought a vehicle. He worked with me on a price I could manage as well. Randy was not the typical salesman, he gave me the facts on the car with no filler which I liked. I would buy from him again and am trying to get family members to go see him for their next car. This was the absolute best car buying experience I think anyone could ever have. The flat screen tv waiting area was such a nice touch, plus they let you choose what you want to watch while you wait! And even then, the wait time was hardly anything. Detailing was closed so they gave me a voucher to come back at a later date. Very happy with the experience plus great deal on the vehicle! Don’t look anywhere else to buy a car, Jerry’s Chevy in leesburg is the ONLY place you should go! We LOVE our new Chevy Tahoe! More
