Jerry's Chevrolet was extremely helpful in getting me out of a very tough situation. We were in between a rock, a hard place, & some very uncomfortable sand! With Jerry's Chevrolet, we were able to move some negative equity from a previous car into a new 2014 Chevrolet Malibu LT, and it turned out to be a great experience. Overall I was extremely impressed with the facility. All the employees were helpful & friendly, and even set up transportation for us to their facility from the D.C. area. Overall the employees were very friendly, hospitable, & even managed to get me out before I had to go to work. The employee we worked with the most was Kelly, who was very sweet & had everything ready for us when we came in. I was well over due for a nice vehicle and received a prompt phone call from Kelly Miller after filling out an online profile to see if we would even qualify, having not so perfect credit. She quickly found a vehicle that we qualified for. I was pleasantly suprised by the friendliness of all the staff. Bill Smith was great and I felt I could really trust him. Greg Stewart was wonderful, very friendly and helped us find a bank. Everything happened so smoothly and quickly, I was shocked. I noticed the car needed an alignment while test driving and they were happy to fix it for me at no cost to me and even paid for my rental vehicle until it was fixed (there were delays due to the bad weather). Kelly Miller was beyond wonderful, making sure we were satisfied with everything. It is the best experience we have ever had. I love my new car we will definitely be recommending Jerry's Chevrolet to all of our friends and family. We will be going back for any future vehicle purchases! More
