I haven't had a car payment in over 10 years. I was very skeptical after a very bad experience at Gasoline Alley in Winchester, VA, where I bought my first LEMON. I was well over due for a nice vehicle very skeptical after a very bad experience at Gasoline Alley in Winchester, VA, where I bought my first LEMON. I was well over due for a nice vehicle and received a prompt phone call from Kelly Miller after filling out an online profile to see if we would even qualify, having not so perfect credit. She quickly found a vehicle that we qualified for. I was pleasantly suprised by the friendliness of all the staff. Bill Smith was great and I felt I could really trust him. Greg Stewart was wonderful, very friendly and helped us find a bank. Everything happened so smoothly and quickly, I was shocked. I noticed the car needed an alignment while test driving and they were happy to fix it for me at no cost to me and even paid for my rental vehicle until it was fixed (there were delays due to the bad weather). Kelly Miller was beyond wonderful, making sure we were satisfied with everything. It is the best experience we have ever had. I love my new car we will definitely be recommending Jerry's Chevrolet to all of our friends and family. We will be going back for any future vehicle purchases! More

Annette is always very friendly and helpful. When paying for my service, I opted to use a check from my savings account rather than pay by debit card since I needed more work than expected. My check was not for my service, I opted to use a check from my savings account rather than pay by debit card since I needed more work than expected. My check was not accepted by the scanner and Annette spent a lot of time making a call to the designated number to get the issue resolved. She was very professional and patient through the lengthy process. She is a great asset to the company. More
