Above and Beyond My car had every light on the dash on. Took it in for service and turns out the problem was larger than we thought. Was given a rental and got my car My car had every light on the dash on. Took it in for service and turns out the problem was larger than we thought. Was given a rental and got my car back in about a week. (Had to wait for parts.) My car was hand washed and detailed inside and out when I picked it up. I didn't owe one penny. Service Manager was very friendly and helpful. Couldn't be more happy. Thanks Jerry's! More

Fantastic experience at Jerry's After shopping around a bit I knew exactly what I wanted, so I went on Hyundai's website to search the inventory to try to find a dealer with the best After shopping around a bit I knew exactly what I wanted, so I went on Hyundai's website to search the inventory to try to find a dealer with the best price. I contacted all of the dealers in Houston but none of them could beat the deal at Jerry's. They had the exact vehicle I wanted at a great price. The staff was great to work with over the phone ans email and we got most of the paperwork done before we even drove up. It was by far the best car buying experience I've ever had! Everyone was friendly and I never felt like anyone was pushy at any point in the sales process. I would definitely drive 4 hours to buy a car from them again even though there is a Hyundai dealer 15 minutes from my house. More

Awesome vehicle puchase experience! I live over 2 hours away. Colin was incredibly helpful when I called to ask if the Sonata I had seen online was still on the lot. After explaining that twice I've traveled 2.5 hours to look at cars at other dealerships, I've had terrible luck in that the vehicles had been sold not minutes prior to arriving at the dealership. Colin was very kind to grab the keys, run the car thru the wash and get it ready for me to test drive, ensuring it would be there when I arrived. He was very thorough in explaining all the features of he car and answered every question that I had, both at the dealership and after I returned home. Brannon in finance was also very helpful, courteous and just awesome to visit with! He didn't push me into extra purchases I did not need, but did recommend some of the basic items (extended warranty, gap insurance, etc# that were highly recommended. He was also able to find a better rate than my personal bank to finance the car, which typically has never happened #my bank has ALWAYS beaten its competition). This was probably the most comfortable larger transaction I've ever made without feeling like I spent way too much when I left the lot. Thank you Colin and Brannon! You both have my highest recommendations! More

Satisfactiry I was very satisfied with my dealings with Jerrys. I knew what I wanted to look at when I got there and Joanna was very helpful.
