I would like to clarify something in this review. My salesman Jason jutz was terrific just as he was the first time I bought a vehicle through him. This review represents what we dealt with with the money aspect of the transaction. The finance department called while we were at the bank getting the check for the agreed on amount to tell us that we needed to pay more than what we had agreed on. That is where the issue, that is where the low marks, that is where the unprofessionalism came into the picture. I reiterate, this review in no way reflects the professionalism of our salesman Jason jutz. This review in every way reflects the loss of trust I found myself having in the other department that represents Jerry's Hyundai. Although they have agreed to refund us $835, I do believe that we were charged $275 twice and we have yet to receive one penny reimbursement even though the cashier's check given them was cashed on June 7th.
