I did met with Stephen Jimenez, manager to discuss the issues I had with the service department. First of all, he was available to meet with an open door. He listened and said he understood my concerns. Furthermore, he understood I was not trying to get his staff fired but for them to improve their skill set as in customer service there are communication skills needed. A five star rating in customer service must be earned and not taken for granted. He was going to investigate on his end. As for my car, the service department kept it for a week. I did receive a loaner. Hyundai OK'd multiple replacement assemblies and after four days of driving, have not had an issue with it not starting thus far. I can feel the difference in the shifter. The service department returned my car spotless clean inside and out. Josh Gonzales called me every other day to inform me of the current status of the repair work. Josh said that both the service manager (Jeremy) and Stephen Jimenez were involved in the test drives. Thank you to the all for the effort put forth to get the repair work done. I feel hopeful that my next experience with the service team will be professional as well.
