Unacceptable - Staff is clearly undertrained or not managed. Last week I took my car(2013 Hyundai Azera) in for repair. In front of the service writer and service director the car demonstrated an ignition probl Last week I took my car(2013 Hyundai Azera) in for repair. In front of the service writer and service director the car demonstrated an ignition problem of not starting. After keeping the car two days, they adjusted a cable as a guess attempt to resolve the problem. I was told, since the problem did not present itself again while in their possession they could not replace/repair, but only adjust what they thought may be causing the problem because the car is still under warranty. I was not pleased and did not feel my car was dependable/reliable during these hot summer days. The second time I drove my car, it did not start again. Today(Saturday) when the car did not start in a hot parking lot, I called to speak to service to ask, "OK what's the plan now?"; it was 1:55pm. I was greeted by the phone receptionist by saying, "hold please." After holding for over 5 minutes, I was then asked how to direct my call. I asked for "Service Department". I was then put on hold again until 2:07 pm when another receptionist answered my call again. She told me the service department closed at 2:00. My question was, "Why have I been on hold then?" At that point I realized there was clearly a staff training problem and asked to speak to a manager or supervisor. I was told he was not on the premise, but I could reach him(Steve Jimenez) Monday morning. The receptionist I spoke with secondly did in good faith approach someone leaving the premises and he(Jeremy) did return my call. He did look up my car history and will have Josh Gonzales call me on Monday morning. We will see. Earlier this year, I had another warranty issue with my car's windshield wipers. I specifically waited until it was a rainy day so again the service writer/director could clearly see the wipers skipping across the windshield. I was the told that the wipers were adjusted according to specifications, so there was nothing they could do. I have expressed both times that the above issues are safety concerns. As you cannot drive without proper windshield wipers and the lack of dependability of your car starting in the extreme heat in the summer. I say the service staff is undertrained as they do not look at you when they speak. They mumble. They do not conduct themselves professionally. i.e.... they do not get back with you in a timely manner. My previous car was a Hyundai Santa Fe. I did not experience any warranty restrictions such as I am with the Azera, which I purchased from Jerry's. I would love to speak to a manager regarding the above matter. I would also like to speak to Hyundai Headquarters as that is next point of contact. More

Cody Balckwell My car buying experience has always seemed to be with very pushy sales men.So there fore I have no desire to go to the dealership.My husband has to dr My car buying experience has always seemed to be with very pushy sales men.So there fore I have no desire to go to the dealership.My husband has to drag me there.lol When we decided I needed to purchase a new car I thought ok I am going to shop on line see how this goes.My contact was with Cody Blackwell.We started emailing back and forth about a 2017 Hyundai Elantra and this was going well so decided to make a trip from Cleburne to check the cars out.From the moment we meant Cody I was at ease and he was so pleasant to work with.He is such a polite and friendly young man.I hope that he stays in the car business a long time because we need honest people like him.Cody was so good about helping use get the right car.I would call Cody again and tell my friends about him. We went to finance and that became a different story.The Guy in there went over the fiqures with us and the top fiqure was 15 something we signed then he said he made a mistake and redid the paper work and pushed a new paper out there to sign we signed in without paying it any mind.Ok we get home its for 19000.So dishonest so that made us sad to know this had happened.See Cody was showing us the cars that were on sale online but we went up $800. to get some more options so then you go from the sale price plus $800.00 sure doesnt come to 19000.sad part my daughter loved my car and wanted to come see you guys but her Dad said no way you dont want to deal with the finance dept there. I wish Cody the very best in this business and toke me a while to fiqure out how to be honest on this survey because in no way did Cody do anything wrong.He even checked back to see if we liked the car and we love it. More
