Best Customer Service I worked with Colin Harris at the dealership. Both he and the financial manager were great. I used the USAA car buying program. This program with these two gentleman made this the best experience I have had in purchasing a car. The process to finalize the paperwork was maybe 45 minutes. In the past I have been at dealerships for hours negotiating and then working through the financial paperwork - EVEN when I was pre-approved with another lender.
